Mireflower

Mireflower

Category: Medicinal Plant

Rarity: Uncommon (Wetlands, Reeds, Lake Margins)

Associated Domains: Healing, Antivenom, Marshlands

Description

Mireflower is a low-growing marsh plant bearing delicate white petals and a faintly luminous golden core. Despite its fragile appearance, the plant exudes a sticky resin that tingles upon contact, indicating strong alchemical properties. Mireflowers are most often found in still or slow-moving wetlands, reed beds, and along the margins of lakes.

Properties & Uses

  • Core ingredient in antivenoms, particularly effective against corrupted or magically altered toxins
  • Draws poison outward when properly brewed
  • Reacts strongly to spiritual corruption, becoming difficult to harvest near tainted waters

Notes

Mireflower loses potency rapidly once uprooted unless stored in sealed vials. Harvesters report a faint sensation of warmth or unease when collecting it near corrupted sites.
