Suraia Silverbell is a shy and timid human healer that is part of the so-called Outcasts group.

Appearance

Suraia

Suraia is a human woman, she is about 26 years old. Since she was born before the start of the Fifth Era and the official Calendar wasn’t established yet at that moment her exact birthday is unknown. But she’s autumn born and with the new Calendar in place they chose Amber Arilya Ysandra 4BFE to start celebrating her birthday.

She is 1,73 meters tall and has a slender build. Suraia has a tendency to not take care of herself and given the fact that she grew up often struggling for coin she is very skinny, at times even being underfed. She is fair skinned with freckles on her cheeks and nose. She has big bright blue eyes and bright red, naturally curly hair reaching over halfway down her back. The redness of her hair against her light skin can sometimes make her appear very pale especially when she’s not taking care of herself. Suraia has a natural parting on her hair at the left side more above the arch of her eyebrows. She often twists the top front parts of her hair and ties them together at the back of her head to keep the curly locks from falling in front of her face yet there are always some strands that get loose from the twists and they frame her face, typically two on the left side and three on the right side due to the left side parting. The lower part of her hair she wears down unless she ties it into a quick loose braid or bun when needed for surgery or something. Part of her loose hair likes to fall over her shoulder especially on the left side.

She has a shy and hesitant posture with often a gentle but haunted smile.

Attire

Suraia very much prefers to wear light-coloured clothes. She mostly wears dresses in colours of white, soft blue, sometimes grey. They can have silver, pink of purple accents.

Under the dress she often wears stockings reaching over halfway up her upper leg and leather boots that reach just under the knee since Suraia wanders the islands of Eonil most of the time.

She often has a simple dark grey or black cloak to keep her warm and wears a belt with several belt pouches to hold her medical supplies, potions and herbs she might need to access quickly. Apart from that she has a shoulder bag with the rest of her supplies.

Suraia wears simple silver ring earrings but no other jewellery at this point.

She doesn’t have any weapons because she doesn’t know how to use them.

Personality

Suraia is shy, timid and gentle. Some might even say compassionate to a fault. She is very much submissive and won’t ever stand up for herself. She is deeply emphatic and self-sacrificing, often putting others’ needs above her own.

She is also prone to self-doubt, but does have a resilient inner core.

When Suraia speaks she always sounds very hesitant and soft like she’s unsure if she’s allowed to speak at all. Many people will think she stutters but that is not really the case. She seems timid and humble, always worried about taking up too much space or saying the wrong thing. Sometimes it looks like her favourite word is Um…

She is also very prone to blush especially in the presence of strong looking muscular men. She can easily get distracted by seeing a bare chest of a toned man and completely loose her trail of thought or what she was trying to say and become totally flustered.

Weaknesses and fears

Suraia cannot swim, she never learned because she grew up far from water. Because of this she has a slight fear of large bodies of water.

Virtues

Suraia has an unwavering kindness to her. She has a strong healer’s calling, helping others seems to be her purpose even at the risk of exposing herself or the possibility to harm.
